LEGO brand bricks (and other similar building elements) are the perfect medium for demonstrating and sharping the skills used in our fast-paced business environment and daily corporate lives. Bricks and such – metaphorically and physically – represent the building blocks for unique and targeted exercises specifically designed to promote and enhance communication, team building, leadership, and organizational skills at all levels. It’s amazing how these specially crafted and seemingly simple goals will challenge even the most seasoned professional. Each of these programs have been tested, implemented, and refined across multiple types of organizations and at all levels.
In addition to facilitating each exercise, the program leader will also interact, observe, document, and review the entire process, with a group debrief and then provide a complete summary of observations and assessment synopsis – with individual assessments available as well. Events are usually conducted on-site at your business location, though smaller groups can be hosted at Bricknowlogy.
